Gesha LLC (“Gesha,” “we,” “us”) provides the Gesha mobile application and website for exploring modular homes, comparing configurations, estimating project costs, and arranging an advisor call.
Information processed by the app
The app stores saved-home selections, planning preferences, and project-display state locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to Gesha by the current version of the app. Gesha does not use advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, analytics SDKs, precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access in the app.
Scheduling and external services
If you choose to schedule an advisor call, the app opens Calendly. Information you submit there is provided directly to Calendly and is governed by Calendly’s privacy policy. Videos and catalog media are delivered from gesha.com; standard server logs may include IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and diagnostic information used for security and reliable delivery.
Information you send us
If you contact us by email or during an advisor call, we use the details you provide to respond, prepare estimates, and discuss products and services. We retain business communications as reasonably necessary for those purposes, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers to operate hosting, communications, and scheduling, and may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and security.
Your choices
You may clear locally stored app information by deleting the app or clearing website data. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to Gesha, email us.
Children
The service is intended for adults considering a home purchase and is not directed to children under 13.
