These terms govern your use of the Gesha application and website operated by Gesha LLC.
Planning service
Gesha provides product information, configuration tools, media, and planning estimates. Prices, freight, duties, taxes, timelines, specifications, availability, site suitability, permitting, installation, and delivery details shown in the service are estimates or general information unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.
No purchase in the app
The current app does not collect payment or create a binding home purchase. Any reservation, order, warranty, payment schedule, delivery commitment, or construction obligation must be stated in a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.
Site and regulatory responsibility
You are responsible for confirming site access, foundations, utilities, local contractors, permits, zoning, building-code compliance, customs requirements, and other local requirements with qualified professionals and authorities. Do not rely on the app as legal, engineering, tax, customs, or construction advice.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful personal or business evaluation of Gesha offerings. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse content, or represent estimates as final contractual offers.
Intellectual property
The Gesha name, interface, catalog presentation, text, graphics, and media are owned by or licensed to Gesha and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gesha disclaims implied warranties relating to the informational service and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
