The journey from Shekou to your prepared property.
All Gesha homes export through Shekou Port, Shenzhen. The end-to-end schedule combines production, export transfer, ocean transit, customs and inland delivery—and each stage depends on the one before it being ready.
Production: approximately 25–75 days
Timing depends on the model, configuration and factory schedule. Specification sign-off and milestone payments must be complete before the corresponding production work proceeds.
Factory to Shekou: approximately one week
After quality review and packing, the factory coordinates export transport and port handoff. The shipment needs confirmed dimensions, weight, packing details and export documentation.
Ocean transit: approximately two to eight weeks
Distance, sailing frequency, transshipment, vessel routing and congestion affect transit. Freight markets can change materially before booking, so early estimates remain non-binding.
Port and customs: approximately one to two weeks
The importer of record and customs broker submit the declaration, classification, value and supporting documents. Inspections, document questions or unpaid destination charges can extend the timeline.
Port to site: approximately one week
After release, the inland carrier moves the home or modules to the prepared property. Specialized permits, route escorts, cranes, forklifts or multiple smaller trucks may be required depending on the delivery format.
Use transit time productively
Complete the foundation, drainage, utilities, access and lifting plan while the home is in production and transit. The most efficient arrival is one where the site and every local contractor are ready before customs release.
