From the right model to a prepared site.
A modular-home project combines a manufactured product with a local construction and logistics project. Gesha helps keep those workstreams visible and coordinated.
1. Find the right model
Compare floor area, bedroom configuration, delivery format, included systems and starting price. Use the Gesha app to narrow the catalog around your intended use, site access and priorities.
2. Configure with an advisor
Confirm the floor plan, specification tier, exterior package, destination, intended use and site constraints. The advisor identifies the technical questions that must be resolved before quotation.
3. Confirm scope and pricing
The final quotation separates the home scope from estimated freight and destination costs. Local foundations, permits, utilities, cranes, contractors and taxes remain destination-specific unless expressly included.
4. Production and site preparation
Production commonly ranges from approximately 25 to 75 days depending on the model. During this period, the buyer should advance approvals, foundations, drainage, utilities and delivery access with local professionals.
5. Export, customs and delivery
The home transfers to Shekou Port, Shenzhen, then travels to the destination port. The buyer or appointed party acts as importer of record. After clearance, local transport and lifting or modular assembly move the home to its prepared position.
