International delivery includes factory packing, export transport, ocean freight, destination handling, customs clearance, inland transport and final placement. Every quotation should identify which party controls and pays for each stage.
Export origin
All Gesha modular and capsule homes export through Shekou Port, Shenzhen. Factory-to-port transfer is commonly planned at approximately one week, subject to booking and export readiness.
Customs responsibility
Gesha can coordinate freight and customs support, or the buyer can appoint a freight forwarder and customs broker. The buyer or designated importer of record is responsible for the import declaration and payment of duties, import VAT or sales tax, port charges and destination fees.
Classification starting point
HS heading 9406 covers prefabricated buildings. HS 9406.20—modular building units of steel—is a likely six-digit research starting point for many Gesha homes. The final national tariff code, treatment of fixtures, customs value and duty rate must be confirmed by a qualified broker in the destination country.
Freight is non-binding until booked
Rates can move quickly with geopolitical disruption, vessel rerouting, fuel prices, carrier capacity and port congestion. Gesha confirms actual logistics costs from current providers after the order configuration, packed dimensions and route are finalized.
