Payments

Milestone payments tied to production progress.

Factory-built homes are customized capital goods. Payments fund materials and reserved production capacity, so the schedule and invoiced party must be confirmed before fabrication.

Standard schedule

  • 50% before fabrication begins
  • 25% at the midway production milestone, commonly two to three weeks after the first deposit
  • 25% upon build completion and before release for shipment

Payment methods

Gesha accepts USD, euro and approved cryptocurrency arrangements. Because project margins and compliance requirements are strict, bank deposits must come from the name shown on the invoice unless an alternative is approved in writing before payment.

Customized orders and refunds

Once production begins, materials are committed and the home is built to an approved specification. Customized project payments are therefore non-refundable except where the signed purchase agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Protecting the transaction

  • Verify invoice details through your known advisor contact
  • Do not accept bank-detail changes sent only by email
  • Keep transfer receipts and signed specification records
  • Confirm milestone evidence before scheduled progress payments
