Why Gesha exists
Buying a factory-built home often means comparing incomplete listings, unfamiliar logistics and prices that exclude important project costs. Gesha organizes that information so buyers can compare real models on a consistent basis and understand what still needs to be confirmed.
Our role is not to replace architects, engineers, customs brokers or local authorities. It is to give customers a better starting point, coordinate the factory and logistics conversation, and make the next professional decisions easier to identify.
How we evaluate homes
