Gesha homes include a two-year warranty on the house and included fixtures, subject to the final purchase agreement, approved use and documented maintenance requirements.
What the standard warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in the supplied structural and envelope components
- Defects in factory-installed fixtures and systems included in the order
- Documented issues present at delivery or arising under normal approved use
- Factory review and an appropriate repair, replacement-part or remedy plan
What is normally outside factory coverage
- Site foundations, local installation work and utility connections performed by others
- Damage during customer-arranged transport, lifting or storage
- Unauthorized modifications or incompatible equipment
- Normal wear, consumables and cosmetic aging
- Damage caused by inadequate maintenance, extreme exposure or conditions outside the ordered specification
Making a claim
Notify Gesha promptly with the order number, installation date, photographs, video and a clear description of the issue. Preserve packaging or affected components when practical and avoid work that could make diagnosis impossible before receiving instructions.
Harsh environments
For strong sun, salt air, heavy snow, persistent humidity or other severe exposure, select the extended-life package and follow the project-specific inspection and maintenance schedule. Environmental suitability must be confirmed before production.
